Camp Aklowah provides a safe, nurturing space where children can participate in mentorship, skill-building activities, and personal development workshops. Through programs like Sister to Sister, male mentorship, Double Dutch, arts, dance, and sports, the camp instills confidence and empowers participants to envision brighter futures.
While Camp Aklowah focuses on holistic youth development, BASICS addresses broader community challenges, including sanitation improvements, combating teenage pregnancy, and reducing unemployment. These efforts are all part of our mission to break cycles of poverty and provide sustainable solutions for the communities we serve.
