Thanks to your support, we’ve continued connecting young people with employers through careers fairs, STEM activities, mentoring, workplace experiences and industry-led in-school events. These opportunities help young people build confidence, explore pathways and better understand the world of work.

A growing focus for our team has been rethinking work experience.

With access to meaningful work experience declining nationally, we’ve been bringing together employers, educators and young people to explore how opportunities can become more accessible, flexible and relevant to today’s workforce.

Our Youth Voices group continues to play a vital role in shaping these conversations, ensuring young people’s perspectives remain at the centre of our work.

As AI and emerging technologies continue to reshape industries, access to guidance, networks and real-world experiences has never been more important.
