Your donation to this project at Centro Infantil de los Angeles has helped us provide the basic materials for each of our classrooms!
We thank you for your contribution to this project. By doing so you helped our children, their teachers and ultimately the whole community. Our classrooms now have supplies like pencils, erasers, paints and brushes, notebooks and some toys. As you know, these types of supplies are important to the learning process. Children learn how to hold a crayon or pencil and then they learn to control the pencil to write their name and eventually sentences and stories. They draw pictures to represent their thoughts and artistic imagination. Learning tools like these help children develop basic skills and creativity.
The 2nd half of the school year is beginning now and we do need to replenish supplies. Please consider another contribution to keep our classrooms well-equipped with the basics.
More great news! We added a third Daycare classroom in January 2025. This means we can accomodate 7 more babies which allows their moms to work and thus provide for their family.
