Training & Empowering Women – Project Report
With the generous support of our donors, the Dawood Global Foundation continues to advance its mission of strengthening women’s leadership through the initiative “Certify Pakistani Women to Serve on Boards.” This program offers professional training and internationally recognized certification to talented women from across Pakistan, enabling them to develop the expertise, confidence, and leadership capabilities required for boardroom and senior management roles. By preparing women for governance and strategic decision-making positions, we are contributing to greater gender diversity and more inclusive leadership in the corporate and nonprofit sectors.
While meaningful progress has been made, the journey toward balanced representation in leadership is still ongoing. We remain deeply grateful to our donors whose support has helped create opportunities for women to step into influential roles. We warmly invite our supporters to continue contributing to this initiative so that more deserving women can receive board certification and leadership training. When women are empowered to lead, the positive impact extends beyond individuals to families, organizations, and communities across Pakistan.
