This program equips aspiring women leaders with professional training and internationally recognized board governance certification, helping them strengthen their leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills. By preparing women for boardrooms and executive leadership positions, we are fostering greater inclusion and encouraging stronger female representation across Pakistan’s corporate, public, and nonprofit sectors.
