Yet, for many children living in remote tribal villages, slums, and on the streets of Goa, daily life is a struggle against hunger, poverty, and the loss of opportunity. Thanks to your incredible generosity, 1,000 vulnerable children have received the support they need to begin building a brighter future. Your partnership with El Shaddai Charitable Trust, Goa has ensured that children not only receive nutritious meals but also gain access to education, care, and the opportunity to experience the joy of childhood.

For many of these children, attending school was once an impossible dream. Instead, they spent their days caring for younger siblings, grazing cattle, helping their families earn a living, or migrating from place to place in search of work. Today, because of your support, they are learning to read, write, solve maths problems, play sports, express themselves through art, and develop essential life skills in a safe, caring, and nurturing environment. Through our Slum School Education Programme and Feeding Programme, children receive free early years education, school sponsorship, meals, learning materials, and ongoing educational support. More importantly, they receive encouragement, love, and the confidence to believe in themselves. Teachers have witnessed remarkable transformations as quiet and fearful children have grown into confident, disciplined, expressive, and happy learners with dreams for a better future.

Your generosity has also helped us provide freshly prepared meals and food packs to vulnerable children and struggling families facing severe economic hardship. Every meal served eases the burden of hunger, restores dignity, and reminds families that they are not forgotten. For many children, this meal is the nourishment that enables them to learn, play, and thrive. Parents have shared heartfelt stories of the positive changes they have seen in their children. They speak of children who once lived in fear and uncertainty but now return home smiling, eager to learn, and excited about what tomorrow may bring.
