DEPR workshops

At Lectores para el futuro we continue to strive to bring evidence-based reading instruction to different groups on the island.We provided professional development for psychologists and educators given by Dr. Eric Tridas. The event was sold out.

This was followed the next day by a professional development where Dr. Eric Tridas joined Dr. Nadine Gaab speaking on assessment for learning based disabilities. The Truth about Reading documentary was also featured.

We closed the weekend with a private screening of the Truth about Reading at Caribbean Cinemas.

We have continued to provide the cycle of workshops to the department of education educators and have also provided two workshops to the facilitators of the department of education.
