Feed and Educate an Orphan Child

Chinseu`s 2013 annual general meeting was held from 26 to 29 January, 2014. The meeting was very much encouraging hence the attendance of the invited guests were present almost 95%. The meeting was officiated at Lirangwe Teachers Development centre hall. The first two days was held at the Teachers Development Centre Hall and the last day was held at the Chinseu CBO Office open ground innoder to involve more volunteers, Passionates, Traditional Leaders give there Voice on how to improve the welfare of the Chinseu CBO Day to Day management.

It was more exciting to note that the people were more engerring to give there voice while three quarter of the people who give their comments it noted that the welfare of the organisation was non discrimination and non stigmatisation of the org. was encouraged to continue.

I have attached two pictures the first one is Noel sitted on single chairs with his friends and other Stakeholders like Traditional Leaders, Church Leaders, Board of Trustees, Field officers and other Org. Passionates on the first day of the meeting. While the second one is Mrs Chuza one of the Chinseu`s Board of Trustees speaking to the Volunteers, and other people attended on the third day of the annual meeting, She is thanking the audience for taking part on the exercise done to make sure the community are giving their voice to the welfare of the Chinseu CBO.

Among the agendas takled on the meeting is to see how Chinseu progressed on the year 2013, and how to plan the year 2014 for Chinseu CBO to progress much better. Financial records also was reviewed on the same meeting on the second day. It was recommended that Chinseu shall continue and even do more on making sure the community are taking part and the activities are put on the open for community  to see.

The year 2014 is prioties with two projects and the first one is School Bursary for Orphan (EDUCATION), The second is OVC Feeding.
