Today, we would like to feature another recipient of the Claudia Booker Memorial Midwife Scholarship. Terresa is a graduate of the Mercy In Action College of Midwifery who has been helped by the Claudia Booker Memorial Midwife Scholarship. She is from the Western Cherokee Nation, and we are all so proud to now call her a CPM Midwife Colleague, as she recently took and passed the North American Registry of Midwives (NARM) exam. Congratulations Terresa and welcome to the profession of midwifery!
Donors like you make these students' successes possible! Thank you for your donations, in memory of Claudia, to this vital scholarship fund. Claudia was passionate about helping raise up midwives of color to serve their own populations in America. Through this scholarship fund, we are increasing access to midwifery all across this nation.
Your support of this scholarship has been a priceless help to students in Mercy In Action College of Midwifery who are working toward their educational goals, with the end goal in mind of helping to improve the health and health care of vulnerable families around the time of pregnancy and childbirth.
Gratitude, Blessings, and Love are sent your way with this update!
