Dear Friend,

The Clean Plate Nutrition and Therapy Project continues its dedicated efforts to support families in underserved communities, addressing the critical issues of nutritional needs and therapy services for children with disabilities.

Highlights:

  • Food Distribution Drive: In December 2023, the project organized a successful food drive, distributing essential food packages to parents of children with disabilities within the community. This initiative aimed to alleviate food insecurity and support families facing nutritional challenges.

Impact and Outcomes:

  • Addressing Nutritional Needs: The food distribution drive contributed significantly to providing immediate relief and essential nutrition to families in need, particularly those affected by the ongoing El Niño disaster. By offering food packages, we aimed to ensure a more stable and nourishing environment for these families.

  • Strengthening Community Support: Through this initiative, we reinforced our commitment to supporting families dealing with the daily challenges of caring for children with disabilities. By providing essential food items, we aimed to alleviate stress related to food scarcity and financial burdens.

Looking Forward: As we move into the next quarter, our focus remains on continually identifying and addressing the nutritional needs of families in the community. We aim to explore additional avenues to support these families effectively, in collaboration with our dedicated team and generous supporters.

We express our gratitude to all donors, volunteers, and supporters whose unwavering dedication and contributions have made our recent food drive a success. Your generosity has made a positive impact on the lives of families in need.

Thank you for your continued support as we strive to make a difference in the lives of these families!

Sincerely,

Kenneth Apopa

CEO
