Empowering Youth as Water Ambassadors
Young people are becoming powerful agents of change within project communities. During this reporting period, the project launched youth engagement activities aimed at promoting water conservation, hygiene awareness, and environmental stewardship.
Youth volunteers participated in training workshops where they learned about water management, sanitation, leadership, and community mobilization. Following the training, participants organized awareness campaigns and educational activities within their schools and villages.
These young ambassadors have demonstrated remarkable enthusiasm and creativity. They have led community discussions, supported clean-up exercises, and encouraged households to adopt healthier hygiene practices.
By involving youth in project activities, we are building a generation that understands the value of clean water and is committed to protecting local resources. Their participation also strengthens community ownership and sustainability.
Many young participants have expressed interest in continuing their involvement beyond the project's duration, creating a foundation for long-term community engagement.
We are inspired by their dedication and grateful to our donors for supporting initiatives that empower future leaders.
