Dear Supporters
We had a really exciting meeting with a team in Spain last month, over the years, bringing solar power to our communities in need has cut living costs and kept the lights on for many people that traditionally can't afford power. As a result children can do homework in the evening as they have lights to see, families when they have food are able to cook and communities are getting online to access a whole new world of online employment.
Power sounds simple but it is such a huge life changer for people that have spent years in the dark, we have also been funding solar power for community hospitals and centres which means medication is now able to be stored within local communities and more medical support offered within the community.
After meeting with a solar designer we have been offered new systems that are safe, secure and lightweight as well as much cheaper than the current ones and with the support of our donors we are excited to fundraise so we can bring more systems to Nepal in 2024.
On Wednesday (12th July) GlobalGiving will be offering match funding for all unique donations of $100 or more made on this day while funds last. This is such a great opportunity for us and we would love to ask you to share our project this wednesday with friends and family and together we hope to make an even bigger donation with these matched funds.
