The Association pour une Jeunesse Sans Frontieres (AJSF) will provide safe drinking water to underserved villages in northern Togo by constructing five community boreholes. Many rural families lack reliable access to clean water, forcing women and children to walk long distances for unsafe sources. This project will serve 600-1,000 people, improving health, education, and livelihoods through sustainable access to safe water.
In many rural areas, families lack reliable access to clean water. Women and children walk long distances daily to collect unsafe water, exposing communities to waterborne diseases and limiting educational and economic opportunities.
AJSF will: Conduct hydrogeological assessments Drill and construct 2 boreholes Install manual or solar-powered pumps Train local water management committees Provide hygiene and sanitation education Our community-led model ensures sustainability and long-term impact.
Direct access to clean water for up to 1,000 people Reduced waterborne diseases Increased school attendance Improved economic productivity Strengthened community resilience
