Bangladesh is a disaster vulnerable country and southern part is mostly affected by this occurrence. Bangladesh Environment and Development Society (BEDS) is a non-profitable and nonpolitical organization where they are working for the coastal people. In their initiative, under a project Institutional Capacity Building of the Local Self-help Group to Take Transparent, Accountable and Inclusive Climate Action is working 10 unions under four upazila and this are Dacope Upazila under Khulna District and Debhata, Asashuni and Shyamnagar Upazilaunder Shatkhira District. To prepared a disaster ready community, skilled technical Disaster Risk Reduction expert train the community leaders to mitigate the loss and damage of the phenomena.
