Dear Donors,
Since day one, we understand that to conquer the realities of poverty, inequality and invest in the education of our kids we need models that value everyone’s contribution. Through TPF's efforts , a donor created a scholarship fund in the name of his wife to fund women from Turkey to attend graduate school in the U.S. with the goal of earning a Ph.D. in economics. Another donor established a journalism fellowship at Harvard University to honor the memory of her husband to support the work of exceptional Turkish journalists. When disaster struck in the form of the 2011 earthquake, TPF’s connections made it possible to send disaster relief funds from both Turkish Americans and international organizations directly to organizations on the ground that could provide assistance immediately to those affected. We are also essential in assisting Turkish American nonprofits to benefit from TPF’s investment options.
