Special workshop for the World Children's Day
To mark World Children's Day, CAMELEON organized an educational and entertaining workshop for several classrooms in one of our partner schools, enabling children to create their own "class agreement" based on everyday gestures, allowing them to think of their rights as children and of resource persons they can refer to in case of experiencing violence.
CAMELEON Youth Advocates in France
Aliséa, Hugo and Ilies, Youth Advocates at CAMELEON, have benefited from their first two training courses. Through a variety of fun workshops and cooperative practice exercises, our three Youth Advocates were able to strengthen their knowledge in children's rights and the fight against sexual abuse against children, particularly in the context of incest and cyber-crime. Their training is a key stage in their career, providing them with the knowledge and skills they need to set up projects aimed at raising awareness and gathering the views of other young people on violations of children's rights. Their actions continues in 2024, with further training and the organization of their first projects!
CAMELEON launches an interactive game
Camille à la fête foraine* (Camille at the funfair) is an interactive story, developed by CAMELEON as an app for 6-8 year-olds to raise awareness of the risks of screens and promote educational dialogue as a family. Through the theme of a funfair, children are invited to follow the adventures of a young chameleon who must solve a series of challenges to raise awareness about the risks of bad encounters, exposure to shocking content and screen addiction.
Camille at the funfair is...
- A free app that will remain so
- A game for the whole family
- A prevention tool on the dangers of screens
- A creative notebook to advance the plot with "offline" fun activities
*The app is only available in French
