Community Focus Group since inception in 2000 has completed a couple of projects , We have fed HIV prohans and other vulnerable children, we have trained over 250 youth groups in Nairobi, Eldoret, Nakuru, Naivasha and Kisumu on Human rights, Theatre for Development, HiV, Women human rights , Leadership and Governance. Most of this projects had a term limit because of funding by the respective donor ( UNDP)
The project that will be ongoing at the CFG centre will be the Train 100 girls project, which empowers teenage mothers with skills on hairdressing, tailoring, baking, to help them forge sustainable livelihoods, Therefore you support CFG to construct the centre, you will be empowering teenage mothers not only to continue with their education but to also gain skills which will help them acquire gainful employment or start bussiness after school completion.
