The Community Focus Group (CFG) centre will also be dedicated to empowering women with the skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to thrive as leaders in all sectors of society. Its core mission is to bridge the gender leadership gap by offering a range of training programs, mentorship initiatives, and policy advocacy focused on promoting women's representation in leadership roles.
Through carefully designed workshops, executive coaching, and peer learning networks, the centre equips women with practical tools in strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and decision-making. Special focus is placed on nurturing leadership at all levels—from grassroots mobilizers to corporate executives and political aspirants.
In addition to skill-building, the centre will provide a safe and inclusive environment for women to share experiences, build supportive networks, and challenge structural barriers that hinder female leadership. It also partners with public and private institutions to mainstream gender equity in leadership pipelines.
By fostering a new generation of confident, capable, and visionary women leaders, the centre will play a transformative role in promoting inclusive development and reshaping leadership narratives. Ultimately, we envision a future where leadership is not limited by gender, but defined by impact, innovation, and integrity.
