Dear donor,
“Kodlamaca” the computer coding Project of CYDD has started in 2023-2024 school year with face-to face lessons in 16 CYDD Branches and CYDD Activity Centers with 217 students in 22 different groups.
The coding training is now also an important part of the “Young Starfish” 21st Century Competencies program for high school female students. Coding courses will be given on-line during March and April to 5 different groups of 50 students each and will be a part of the curriculum for 9th graders. Students will attend these online courses for 90 minutes once a week for 4 weeks.
Computer coding classes for students in the earthquake stricken area of Hatay continue on weekends in the Samandag Activity Center. Trainings are given by CYDD university students volunteering to work in the center on the weekends.
Your donations are important to help us run the program with our volunteer trainers and to supply computers to new students.
Thank you..
