Dear donor,
As you already know the Kodlamaca project aims to teach students the techniques of writing code through games, encourage creativity by having them create designs; to expand students' visions by increasing their interest and love for science, to develop their presentation skills in front of the public, and to strengthen their awareness of social solidarity.
Each school year we encourage new CYDD branches to set up coding classrooms to provide algorithmic thinking to 5th, 6th and 7th grade students in public schools and to teach the use of digital technologies, which are necessary for efficiency and competition in the 21st century.
The project has three stages. In the first two stages ‘code.org’ and ‘Scratch’ are used to teach algorithm logic and programming language with fun applications. As the third stage of the project, mobile applications was incorporated into the project with the “appinventor method”
This year Urla, Güzelbahçe, Izmir and Sakarya CYDD branches continue the courses with 100 students and 15 trainer instructors in all three levels.
With your support we can continue to expand our reach and provide more opportunities to students to learn and grow.We are grateful for your dedication to our cause and for believing in the importance of investing in the education of our youth.
Kind regards
