In Nigeria, millions of children lack access to digital learning tools, leaving them unprepared for today's world. Rural and low-income schools often lack computers, internet, and trained teachers. This project will connect 3,900 children to digital learning through tablets, internet access, and training. Immediate support will help close the education gap and give children the digital skills needed to succeed.
Over 20 million Nigerian children are out of school, and those who attend often lack access to digital tools. Rural schools face poor infrastructure, limited teacher training, and no reliable electricity or internet. Without exposure to technology, students are unable to compete in a digital-driven world, widening the education gap between rural and urban children.
The project will provide tablets, internet connectivity, e-learning resources, and teacher training to 3,900 children in underserved schools. Solar charging stations will be installed in rural classrooms to ensure uninterrupted learning. By giving both students and teachers the tools to access digital education, the project will bridge the technology gap and improve learning opportunities.
Children with digital learning access are more likely to develop problem-solving skills, gain computer literacy, and pursue higher education or employment. Over time, communities with digital-equipped schools will benefit from more skilled youth and stronger participation in Nigeria's growing digital economy. This project will help prepare 3,900 children for a future where technology plays a central role.
