Women Empowerment is key to the attainment of social and economic transformation. In most african Countries and Zambia in particular, women provides more for the families and the majority takes care of the children even after the divorce. Therefore, as it is said that " When you educate a woman you educate the nation" similarly, when you empower one woman you have empowered the community.
The goal of this project is to help 500 vulnerable women and empower them with both Micro entrepreneurship skills as well as start-up capital. Entrepreneurship is key in attaining local development and improved income at household level. Since 2020, Charity Centre for Children and Youth Development has supported over 500 vulnerable women in Solwezi and in other districts with financial literacy education.
Kindly continue supporting this project and help fight against poverty among women in Zambia.
