CHILDREN’S AWARENESS PROGRAM-VISIT TO POST OFFICE
For the children of Prime Trust, summer camp was organized during their holidays. This program was very much useful for them during the vacation. With the support of volunteers and interns, classes on spoken English, Mathematics, sex education, and first aid classes were conducted. Also, we are keen that the children should visit a local Post Office and to know how it functions.
On 27.05.2023 an educational trip to the Head Post Office, Puducherry was organized for the children. The visit to the Post Office gave students a better understanding of the role and responsibilities of the Postmaster and Postman. The postman explained how letters are collected and delivered to their destinations. The students were excited to see letters being stamped and sorted. The field trip was an enjoyable and informative experience for the children.
