Respected Donors,
Season Greetings...!
Customs Health Care Society (CHCS) continues its dedicated efforts to support families affected by the dual challenges of COVID-19 and subsequent lockdowns. The prevalence of COVID-19 in Pakistan has decreased significantly to 1%, there remains a segment of the population still grappling with the virus. To address this, CHCS is diligently providing medical assistance, through mobile medical camps and healthcare facilities established across various cities in Pakistan.
Over the past three months, in addition to ensuring the provision of essential sustenance to unemployed laborers in rural areas, CHCS hospitals have steadfastly attended to COVID-19 patients. Concurrently, awareness sessions have been conducted to emphasize the critical importance of vaccination against COVID-19, targeting both patients and the general populace. Furthermore, CHCS has extended support to families of daily wage earners who bore the brunt of the lockdown, distributing relief goods such as medicines, dry rations, and warm clothing.
The initiative continues to expand, with ongoing medical camps organized in impoverished and remote regions of Pakistan. These endeavors include the distribution of food items, clothing, and prepared meals to those most in need.
Warm regards,
Dr. Asif Mahmood Jah, Project Leader
