Balajothi Centre for the Disabled is a registered charitable Trust, based in India.  It was started in the year 2004 with a mission to help the underprivileged disabled persons irrespective of caste, creed or religion.

Recently a disabled person, from a very poor family who is part of our outreach program, broke his leg in a fall and required hospitalization, surgery and rehabilitation. Balajothi put up this project to support this humanitarian cause.

Your generous donation of $ 150 helped the family in performing the surgery, with great difficulty.  Thankfully he is now out of the hospital and undergoing rehabilitation. The family, together with Balajothi, is grateful for your generous contribution.  Your continued support with regular monthly donations will help the family to meet the hospital and rehabilitation bills.  This person has a younger brother, also 10% disabled (picture of both brothers attached).  Mother is a widow.
