Cry for help from partly blind child in KGF
(Project #38220 from Balajothi Centre for the Disabled)
Funding goal : $5000 / Funds raised to date : $1100
Report due on : Sep 8, 2021 / Report sent on Aug 29, 2021
Balajothi Centre for the Disabled is a charitable registered trust working in the field of disability since 2004. Our aim is to help the underprivileged needy special children. To this end we raise funds from all over the world through GlobalGiving's fund raising platforms.
Ramu (name changed), the hero of this story, is hale and healthy and well protected during this pandemic period. The proposed eye treatment is delayed due to the Covid pandemic but we have been assured by the doctors that it will happen at the earliest.
Balajothi thanks YOU, DONOR, for your generous donation of $1100 to date, as against the funding goal of $5000 for the purpose of this treatment. We prayerfully urge you to share this story with your family and friends circles to raise the required funds. The funds will help meet the hospitalization and surgical expenses of this very poor disabled child. After surgery and rehabilitation the child will be able to see as any normal person. This will be a great help to his poor parents and greater joy to see that their child would be able to see the world and face challenges in life on his own.
Balajothi thanks GlobalGiving for their concerted and untiring efforts to bring relief to the needy disabled community through their worldwide fund raising efforts.
