Thousands of families across Syria continue to face daily challenges in securing basic food supplies, particularly those affected by displacement and the long-term consequences of conflict. For many vulnerable households, food assistance remains a critical source of support.
To help address these needs, BESME INSANI implemented a bread and food basket distribution project targeting families experiencing severe hardship.
A total of 196 families benefited from the project. Each household received a food basket containing essential food items along with fresh bread, helping families meet their daily nutritional needs.
The assistance helped reduce some of the burdens facing beneficiary families and enabled parents to provide meals for their children. It also had a positive impact on elderly family members and children who depend on regular access to nutritious food.
Although simple in nature, this support brought comfort, reassurance, and hope to many families. Beyond addressing immediate hunger, the project helped preserve dignity and strengthen resilience among vulnerable households.
BESME INSANI remains committed to supporting families in need through humanitarian initiatives that provide relief, hope, and stability.
