At Joy for Children Uganda, we recognize that fathers play a crucial role in shaping safe and nurturing homes. In line with this, our parenting sessions are designed to equip fathers with essential skills for positive parenting and guidance on maintaining healthy spousal relationships.
Through these sessions, fathers learn practical strategies to interact constructively with their children, resolve conflicts without resorting to violence, and foster environments where children feel secure and supported. By strengthening family relationships and promoting non-violent approaches to discipline, our program contributes directly to safer homes and improved well-being for children.
The impact of these sessions is evident in the growing number of fathers actively applying positive parenting techniques and modeling respectful communication within their families. With continued support from our donors, Joy for Children Uganda can expand these initiatives, reach more fathers, and further strengthen homes across the communities we serve.
We thank our partners and donors for making this vital work possible.
