By Cora Sayre | Project Leader
Dear Friend,
Thank you very much for your generous support to our project helping those affected by the dengue epidemic. Dengue is becoming more prevalent during this season with rains almost happening everyday. Dengue-carrying mosquitoes thrive in stagnant water and there is a need to support local communities in order to minimize morbidity. Children are especially vurnerable to dengue. This reporting period we focus our support to improving the health and nutrition of local residents by providing farming inputs so that they can grow their crops and reap good harvest. Good harvest means they are able to provide food for their families as well as improve the health situation of individuals. We are able to support 72 families in this manner during this reporting period. Hoping that you will continue to support us.
Very sincerely yours,
Cora Sayre
