DESDE ADENTRO: A Documentary Feature Film

Greetings to all! 

We are in the last stage of post-production of the film DESDE ADENTRO where we work on the color grading, sound design and musical composition. Taking into consideration the operational budget of La Maraña, the non-profit organization that produced the film, we are initiating a fundraising campaign to defray the costs of exhibiting the film, in addition to previous unpaid production expenses. Thanks to the solidarity and commitment to the piece, some Post-Production technicians have agreed to work through the concept of deferred payment. This fundraising campaign will allow us to cover all the needs and complete a high quality product. 

This piece is scheduled to be finished in December of this year and to premiere in March 2024 on the 10th anniversary of La Maraña.

La Maraña is a non-profit organization that since 2014 has been a key organization to strengthen and promote the just transition of Puerto Rican communities towards more livable, participatory and sustainable environments, facilitating the insertion of citizens in decision-making processes. Part of La Maraña's mission is also to provoke conversations about pressing social issues, which makes this documentary a powerful tool for creating spaces for dialogue. 

The film will have a tour of screenings, events and community conversations throughout the archipelago of Puerto Rico, creating fertile ground to continue expanding and connecting different groups, organizations and citizens towards the collective well-being of the country.
