Die Arche - Hamburg

We are in the middle of Lent, a time of reflection and contemplation. We reflect on the essentials and practice renunciation.

But the children and young people who come to our Arche every day, know the feeling of renunciation only too well. It is part of their everyday lives. Not only do they give up expensive hobbies or vacations, in some cases even healthy and wholesome meals are not a matter of course in their families.

Here at the Arche, they get to know and appreciate all of this. They can develop, discover new hobbies and their own talents and are able try things out. The highlight of each year is the various vacation camps, where the children literally blossom. They enjoy this break from their everyday lives.

And we are so happy that we can make all this possible for them - thanks to you and your donation. It is a great support for our work, which we greatly appreciate.

Thanks to your help, we are able to implement our daily offers, such as free lunch, learning support and leisure activities, and thus give the children and young people prospects for the future - a future without sacrifice.

We also want to make the upcoming Easter celebrations colorful and cheerful for the children. We will be painting Easter eggs with the little ones, doing handicrafts, eating and laughing.

Thanks to donors like you at our side, we can put a smile on the faces of children and young people during this time.

We are therefore all the more delighted if you continue to help us to make children strong and give them what they need most - loving care.
