Aryaloka Computer Education runs four high-quality training centres in Nagpur, Maharashtra, providing 600 marginalised young people each year with skills in MSCIT, Tally accounting, advanced Excel, English and human rights. We prioritise Below Poverty Line and girls who are marginalised in society. With skilled teachers, mentoring and alumni support, we achieve 70-80% completion rates, opening the door to jobs, education and dignity - ultimately reducing risk of early marriage and child labour.
In Nagpur's marginalised communities, many young people are trapped in low-paid manual work determined by caste and family. Without skills or qualifications, they face unemployment, migration, debt and the loss of educational opportunities. Women face added barriers from gender discrimination. This cycle limits economic opportunity, disrupts children's lives and perpetuates poverty.
We provide 600 young people with high-quality IT training each year, prioritising women and those Below Poverty Line. Courses cover MS Office, Tally, Photoshop, English, personal development and human rights. We offer mentoring, job placement support and alumni guidance, helping students secure dignified work or further education. Many graduates return as trainers, building a cycle of empowerment.
Graduates will secure stable jobs, earn sustainable incomes and lift their families out of poverty. Women will gain confidence, financial independence and leadership skills. Communities will benefit from reduced discrimination, stronger economies and new role models. Alumni mentoring will sustain change as former students guide and train future generations.
