Since the United States had withdrew from Afghanistan, making it almost a decade ago. The people of Afghanistan struggle to move forward being the only country in the whole world being supported by none. The country struggles building their own economy, having a stable education, and gender inequality that has impacted both male and female living in the country. The Afghan Institute of Learning ( AIL), has been the only NGO left fighting for humanitarian rights for almost three decades.
With the imposed government becoming an obstacle in the way of education and inequality. The country cannot function if half the population cannot work, go to school, or even leave their homes. This pushes AIL's progress of helping women and children backwards, if the government is public enemy number one. The most recent problem is environmental issues, especially, droughts, floods, snowstorms. Without government aid, AIL is limited to how much aid can be provided to citizens.
More funding would provide AIL with resources to reach out to those that we weren't able to provide aid to. Even though our main focus is education and equality to women and children, AIL acts like a Salvations Army or Red Cross. Providing relief packages and aid to those less fortunate or have dealt with issues that cannot be solved by themselves. Our mission is to help all those in need , AIL will be there to provide and only give back to the people.
This project will create lasting access to education and economic opportunities for women and children, helping break cycles of poverty and dependence. By providing consistent aid and resources, communities will become more resilient to environmental challenges and less reliant on unstable government support. Over time, the initiative will empower thousands of individuals to contribute to local development, fostering long-term stability and equality.
