Yasmin Is Only Five - Your Support Helped Her Family Eat This Month

By MUHAMMED DEEBEH | Project leader

Dear Donor

As part of our ongoing efforts to alleviate the suffering of vulnerable families in northern Syria, our teams distributed a complete food basket to the family of Yasmin, a five-year-old girl living with her parents and her sister Ahlam in a tent at Maram Camp.

The family has no stable source of income and relies almost entirely on humanitarian aid to meet their basic needs. The mother struggles daily to secure enough food, especially with rising prices and severe shortages inside the camp.

The food basket included essential items such as:
flour, rice, bulgur, lentils, oil, sugar, and chickpeas.
It is expected to support the family for about a month and has helped reduce a significant burden from their shoulders during these difficult times.

The family received the assistance with gratitude. Yasmin’s father expressed his sincere thanks to all those who contributed, emphasizing how urgently they needed this support, especially as their previous supplies were running out.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all donors who made this distribution possible. Your continued support makes a real difference in the lives of families most in need.

with many thanks
