The translation and cartoon production, as well as the design of the Arabic worksheets are taking longer than expected.
The cartoonist got COVID and had to stop work for quite some time.
But despite the delay, this is what is ready:
Arabic worksheets for all 13 weeks.
Eight out of 13 cartoons.
All 13 weeks of the weekly sessions.
We expect to launch 10 zoom groups with 8 children each in the Fall (80 kids)
The problem we encountered with the zoom groups is that when divorce happens, the mother has lost more than half her income and has to work and pay all expenses for her and her children.
Several mothers called the Not Guilty office and said they wanted to join but could not afford it epsecially if they had more than one child.
Each child costs $100 for the 13-week program. Each group costs $800.
But even though this might not seem like much, it is too much for a working woman in Egypt.
Give sacrificially and sposnor one or more groups.
