Setting the Stage
Family separation can leave lasting emotional scars, especially for children. In Egypt, where divorce rates have reached as high as 46% in some areas, the need for structured emotional support for children has never been greater. We believe that healing must include the youngest hearts affected by these changes.
That’s why our latest initiative focuses on divorce care for kids — offering workshops designed to nurture self-discovery, rebuild identity, and foster emotional resilience.
Our Approach: Healing Through Understanding
Many children of divorced parents experience deep feelings of sadness, anger, guilt, and confusion, often without a safe outlet to express or process them. Our workshops create structured, compassionate environments where they can:
These sessions are led by trained facilitators and counselors who understand the cultural context and emotional needs of children in Egypt.
Long-Term Benefits: Building a Foundation for the Future
Emotional healing doesn’t stop at childhood. The coping skills developed through these workshops lay the groundwork for lifelong resilience, self-esteem, and relationship health. Children who learn early to process pain in healthy ways grow into adults who communicate better, form stronger relationships, and break cycles of emotional silence. By equipping them today, we are investing in a generation that faces challenges with strength and self-awareness. Each child who learns to express their emotions instead of hiding them is a step closer to a healthier, more compassionate society. With your continued support, we can ensure that every child facing family separation receives the guidance and tools they need to heal, grow, and thrive.
Thank you for standing withus as we continue to build spaces of healing and hope. Together, we are nurturing resilience in the next generation and showing children that no matter what their family story looks like — they are never alone.
