Orientation & Motivation for Safe & free from infection and difficulties.
Organization working with Adolescent & women with Disabilities They are one of the most vulnerable adolescent girls & Women in our Project areas. They lives with Northern Part of Bangladesh at Jamalpur district. It is most Poverty areas in Bangladesh. Their family economic condition is low level & illiterate . Due to family economic condition the basic knowledge and unaware to her the menstruation Periods. They have to high ambition & will be educated on her Menstruation hygienic with safety. They wants donation for buy Hygienic materials and continue for enjoying fulfill life independently.They wants monthly Sanitary napkins support during menstruation periods and she wants to help remain healthy, free from infections, more confident positively.
On the 09th April 2025 Organizational Coworker provide Orientation & Motivation on basic knowledge and aware to her the menstruation Periods and Provide menstrual hygiene package to support use monthly menstruation period and counselling and motivation each Adolescent girls with Disabilities regularly.
Our Coworker have experience most of the women and adolescent girls still use old and dirty cloth pieces during periods and these cloths dry in behind and due to lack of menstrual hygiene awareness and difficult access of sanitary pads in rural places and Adolescent girls with disabilities in the rural areas don’t management due to their habit and some of them have no knowledge menstrual process and reproductive health. It is a big social taboo in our area. They are bound with social and family’s restrictions such as - not touching books, barrier doing homework and outside walking, not publicly discuss about this issue.
Our Coworker try to understand and motivation activities is running for remove the worst situation. If we are support to empower and educate Adolescent girls on Personnel hygienic in order to make them physically and emotionally capable to lead a successful life. Enhanced knowledge on menstruation will enlighten them against malpractices during menstruation.We are apologies to donors for support to her and others women & adolescent girls we hope and believe if we collectively support to the women & adolescents girls for protecting and empower.
