Donate Nutrition to Poor Patients in Govt Hospital

We extend our heartfelt gratitude for your generous contributions through the GlobalGiving Foundation, a 501(c)(3) tax-deductible nonprofit in the USA, in support of our initiative to help underprivileged hospital patients.

SERUDS has been providing nutritious meals to poor patients admitted to Kurnool Government General Hospital. Many of these individuals travel long distances from remote rural villages across the Rayalaseema region, where poverty and poor water quality have led to widespread health issues. While undergoing treatment, these patients often struggle not only with illness but also with hunger and lack of basic nutrition.

Recognizing this urgent need, we began serving healthy, balanced meals to 50 patients per batch — including milk, bread, biscuits, and seasonal fruits. These small yet vital meals help patients regain strength, recover faster, and feel cared for during their hospital stay. In addition, our team occasionally assists patient attendants who accompany their loved ones and may also be in distress.

Thanks to your compassionate support, these patients—many of whom cannot even afford their prescribed medicines—now receive the nourishment and hope they need to heal. Their words of gratitude and smiles of relief reflect the true impact of your generosity.
