Bangladesh Environment and Development Society (BEDS) is working for the betterment of human and nature in southwestern coastal region in Bangladesh basically for the Sundarbans conservation through the livelihood improvement of the resource user group so that the dependency rate can be minimize through these activities. Among this, The Sundarbans Mangrove Centre (SMC) is establishing by the support of different donor whereas SMC will be used as research, natural education and tourist spot for researcher, students, tourist or any community will get the vibes of nature of Sundarbans in these centers.
This center will be spread the information and history of the mangrove forest. By the premises of the center anyone get the culture, history and tradition of this region and mangrove forest. No need to visit the mangrove forest because it’s the habitat of the Royal Bengal Tiger. Anyone can get visit this spot easily and can acquired knowledge on World largest mangrove forest Sundarbans.
BEDS always try to work for the knowledge enhancement and sustainability. Without the support of third party we can’t run a step. We are always hopeful that in this welfare attempt our all of donor, well wisher will help us.
