Skills Training for Young Adults in Haiti

In November 2025, our foundation proudly opened new doors of opportunity in Haiti by sponsoring the participation of ten young people in an Advertising Spot Writing Workshop held at Institution Arc-en-Ciel. This dynamic, skills-based training brought together motivated youth who were eager to explore the world of creative communication and develop practical skills to support future careers in media and advertising.

This workshop was more than just a lesson in writing—it was an invitation for young minds to express themselves, discover their creative strengths, and gain confidence in their ability to tell impactful stories. Through hands-on guidance, participants learned how to craft meaningful advertising messages, understand audience engagement, and bring their ideas to life through words and sound.

The atmosphere was filled with curiosity and enthusiasm as the attendees collaborated, practiced, and shared their concepts. Each draft script, each recorded line, and each moment of teamwork represented a step toward new possibilities. For many, it was their first exposure to professional communication tools and techniques—an experience that can inspire future academic paths, employment opportunities, or entrepreneurial pursuits.
