The Bonnie Memorial Children's Home (BMCH), originally constructed to house children orphaned by the recent Ebola crisis, has been expanded to also care for children orphaned by the mudslides and flooding last year. The original structure was designed to be two levels, but due to increased need, we have expanded it to three floors.
We have completed the concrete roof of the second level of the BMCH, and are waiting for it to dry (this will take over three weeks). While we wait to continue work on the third floor, we added an extra metal gate to the veranda - the main entrance to the BMCH facility - for security. This month, thanks to your generosity, we were also able to provide extra school supplies for the children.
We appreciate your generosity and continued support of these little ones!
