Our 4 & 5 year old kindergarten girls sing Happy Christmas to you in Quechua (please see the video at https://www.facebook.com/chicuchaswasi/ They all know the words in their mother tongue and I am sorry to say I do not. Their teacher is coaching them and holds a mic to individual girls who are belting out this favorite song.
The Peruvian school year ended Friday 11/15 for the 2017 year - But the Chicuchas Wasi School Girls returned to school Saturday to celebrate Christmas. The girls created their Nativity scene this year a bit smaller than last year - there was a lot going on with graduation too.

CW girls love to perform and gladly sing and dance around the CW Christmas Tree for their parents and classmates during the Christmas presentation.
The words on the wall behind them says: "The best gift that exists and that you can give this Christmas is LOVE to your Family."
CW prepares the traditional 'Cholatada' with hot chocolate and sweet Panetone to munch on while the girls admire what Santa brought them. The chatter and laughter in the air tells the joy the girls feel with Christmas and then vacation until March 2018. Our girls know they are blessed and thank you for the education that you give them. From our hearts to yours.. *THANK YOU*

CW teachers are all in red vests. Psychologist Alejandro is the only male, and next to him is the Secretary. Behind her is Gloria the Assistant Director of the school. The two ladies on the other end are the CW Cooks. They are all special and we could not do it without them.
