I-SEEED Youths recognize for Community Development

I-SEEED Youths, the team, and beneficiaries are indeed grateful to the GlobalGiving Team, our phenomenal local and global donors who have provided us with the funds and the opportunity to continue impacting lives.

We have been creating a great impact in the lives of the children and families we serve. We have served an additional 321 youths, farmers, and persons who have been affected by the recent hurricane Beryl which impacted our country Jamaica.

We are deeply grateful to our continuously supportive donors and GlobalGiving who have contributed generously with a grant of 10,000 USD to I-SEEED Youths Ltd. Your support has been instrumental in our efforts to aid youths and individuals affected by both gender-based violence and the devastation caused by Hurricane Beryl. I am pleased to provide you with an update on the impact of your donation.

Immediate Relief and Support

In the wake of Hurricane Beryl, which severely impacted numerous communities, your donation enabled us to deliver urgent aid to those in greatest need. We distributed emergency relief packages containing essential supplies such as food, water, clothing, and hygiene products. Additionally, we set up temporary shelters to provide safe havens for displaced individuals. Back-to-school supplies were also distributed to persons as regrettably, the hurricane destroyed most persons livelihoods.

Support for Gender-Based Violence Survivors

Your contribution has also been pivotal in addressing the needs of survivors of gender-based violence. We have utilized the funds to establish a support network, including counseling services and legal aid. Our team has been working diligently to ensure that survivors receive comprehensive care, including mental health support and access to legal resources.

Community Engagement and Empowerment

We have organized workshops and support groups to empower affected individuals and communities. These sessions focus on resilience-building, personal development, and creating safe spaces for open discussions about gender-based violence. We aim to facilitate recovery and strengthen community ties by fostering a supportive environment.

Future Plans and Sustainability

We are committed to continuing our support and expanding our programs. We plan to enhance our outreach efforts to ensure that even more individuals receive the needed assistance. Additionally, we are exploring partnerships with local organizations to create sustainable solutions and long-term impact.

Acknowledgment and Gratitude

Your support has made a profound difference in the lives of many individuals. We cannot thank you enough for your generosity and commitment to our cause. Your contribution not only provides immediate relief but also contributes to the ongoing recovery and empowerment of those affected by these crises in the communities that we serve.

Once again, thank you for standing with us during this critical time and we are looking forward to our continued partnerships.
