Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, The Girl Child Foundation Uganda continues to empower girls through education and mentorship. During this reporting period, vulnerable girls received school fees support, uniforms, learning materials, and sanitary pads to help them remain enrolled in school.
The support provided has eased financial pressure on families and enabled girls to focus more fully on learning. Teachers have reported improved attendance and increased engagement among supported students.
Beyond material support, girls participated in mentorship sessions that addressed self-esteem, leadership, personal growth, and academic excellence. These discussions encouraged girls to overcome challenges and remain committed to their educational goals.
Our reproductive health education activities provided accurate information on menstrual hygiene and adolescent health, helping girls make informed decisions and manage challenges confidently.
The combined impact of educational support and mentorship is creating a strong foundation for long-term success. We remain grateful to our donors for helping vulnerable girls access opportunities that can transform their lives and strengthen their communities
