Testimony of a girl with a disability
Reading also helps me develop many skills in my life, and despite my cognitive disability I have been able to continue with my reading hours every afternoon, thanks to the support of my two friends from school, who meet with me every day to ensure that I have a reading comprehension.
My two friends have received reading facilitation techniques from the Un Mundo organization, and this has facilitated my learning. In the same way, there is constant monitoring to measure my progress.
Thanks to the support of my friends, Un Mundo and all those who collaborate so that the special education program reaches us. That is why I invite you to continue supporting this type of initiative, and to spread the word with your contacts, for those people who, due to their physical and cognitive condition, are excluded and marginalized.
