Here is an update from the Bon Center.
There are 230 students at the center who receive a high quality education covering many academic subjects and access to a variety of extracurricular activities.The children at the Bon Center are encouraged to express themselves through art, prose, poetry and public speaking. The goal of the education at the center is to produce well rounded individuals who will be well equipped mentally and emotionally for the modern world.
Here is one student’s poem:
You are the one You are the one Who guides me,
Who took my heart, Who changed my life, You are the one.
You are the one You are the one Who adores me.
Who stole my heart. Who made my life.
You are the one Who is always with me, Whom I love,
Who is sweet You are the one Whom I cherish.
