Check out our unboxing video... new computers for computer training of youths

By Sylvester Renner | Project Leader

Dear [donor first name],

Have you ever seen unboxing videos?  In these videos, someone opens a box and unveils a new device/item, etc.

  • The presenter provides a running commentary highlighting features etc.
  • The viewer is able to see and experience what the presenter is experiencing.

These videos are popular because they give a sneak peek - an insider perspective.  We all - well most of us - appreciate or love a 3rd party overview. We appreciate the opportunity to see items through the eyes of someone else.

Well, if you like watching unboxing videos - then we have one here for you!

Earlier this year, we purchased and received 3 boxes of new computers.

Our unboxing video
gives you a close-up view and running commentary of what the computers look like.

Here are the reasons why we decided to purchase new computers:
  1. The current computers were purchased over 5 years ago and have served us well.
  2. Our students deserve new equipment. New computers provide a morale boost to us all.
  3. The new equipment will meet/exceed our requirements for several years.
  4. Computer proficiency opens the door to so many other opportunities. We want to ensure that we have the optimal training equipment in place.

The computers should arrive in Sierra Leone by the end of July.

We would not have been able to do this without the generous support of donors like you.

Thank you for helping to make future excellent training possible.

With deep appreciation

Sylvester and the Develop Africa team
