We’re happy to share an inspiring update from Kamawornie, Sierra Leone—directly from the heart of the classroom.
In a recent interview, the Principal of Kamawornie Evangelical Junior Secondary School expressed his deep appreciation for the generous support from donors like you. Your contributions are doing more than just building classrooms or delivering school supplies—they are shaping the minds and futures of young leaders in the community.
“Develop Africa has been very helpful in improving the quality of education in Kamawornie,” the Principal shared. “Your support makes a huge difference in the lives of our students.”
Many students in this rural community face immense barriers to education, from a lack of materials to limited access to quality instruction. But you are helping make it possible for students to stay in school, focus on their studies, and dream bigger.
The Principal emphasized the long-term impact of your support:
“When you educate a child, you empower a family and uplift an entire community.”
We are committed to continuing this work—educating and equipping the next generation of leaders in Kamawornie and beyond. But we can’t do it without you. Your ongoing support helps us sustain and expand these efforts where they’re needed most.
Thank you for being part of this transformative journey.
With gratitude,
Amy and the Develop Africa Team
