Across Africa, millions of children grow up with big dreams. They want to learn, succeed, and contribute to their communities. Yet for many families, financial barriers make access to education difficult—and sometimes impossible.
Since 2006, Develop Africa has been working to change that story.
Develop Africa is helping students gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to build brighter futures. Our mission is simple but powerful: remove barriers so young people can reach their full potential.
Hear directly from students whose lives are changing:
For many students, small resources make a life-changing difference. Something as simple as textbooks, school fees, or access to a computer can determine whether a student stays in school or is forced to drop out.
The impact of your support can be seen in students like Isata and Joseph.
Isata once sold coal just to survive. With educational support from Develop Africa, she was able to stay in school and graduate from high school. Today, she is gaining vocational skills in catering and cosmetology, preparing for a more stable and independent future.
Joseph’s journey shows another pathway. After attending Develop Africa’s computer training program, he developed valuable digital skills that helped him start a small desktop publishing business. Today, he earns income while also helping others in his community learn computer skills.
Stories like these show what happens when opportunity meets determination.
Right now, there is a special opportunity to multiply your impact. Through March 20, GlobalGiving’s Little by Little Campaign is matching donations of up to $50 at 50% (while matching funds last).
That means:
• Your $20 becomes $30
• Your $30 becomes $45
• Your $50 becomes $75
Together, we are not just supporting education—we are helping open doors that change lives.
Thank you for believing in the power of education and opportunity.
