Students in Sierra Leone are gaining practical skills that prepare them for success in higher education, the workplace, and beyond.
Over five months, students developed valuable skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Publisher while completing hands-on projects designed to prepare them for today's digital workforce. The program emphasized practical learning, collaboration, and real-world applications that will benefit students throughout their academic and professional lives.
25 students recently graduated from the Develop Africa Sierra Leone Computer School after completing a comprehensive Microsoft Office training program. During the graduation ceremony, each student received a certificate celebrating this important milestone.
Among the graduates is Yusif, pictured above, whose hard work and commitment helped him successfully complete the program. Like his classmates, Yusif now has stronger digital skills that will open doors to higher education, employment, and future career opportunities.
Thank you for making opportunities like this possible. Together, we are empowering the next generation through education, technology, and opportunity.
With gratitude,
Amy & the Develop Africa Team
